Partial demolition, renovation, and addition to create a 6,000 sf office building in the Park Avenue neighborhood. The unique design for a 24 car, private, interior parking lot at the rear of the property was key to this development’s success. A new addition provided a modernized main entry, complete with new elevator, connecting parking lot & office.
