Exterior renovations to an existing, poorly performing strip plaza in a working class section of Troy, NY. Design aesthetics are modern & sophisticated, through the use of asymmetrical massing & the juxtaposition of familiar materials. The strategy aimed for cohesion, while simultaneously embracing & showcasing the diversity of the plaza tenants.
