Renovation and expansion of an existing lake side, family cottage. Respectively modernizing an aging cottage, while still maintaining the character & charm inherent to the property. Throughout the first floor, walls were removed and spaces combined; creating a spacious, open floor plan, with lake front views from every room. The second floor addition provided functional circulation between bedrooms, as well as a much needed bathroom upgrade. The existing attic was re purposed into a bonus / play room for the younger generations.
