Construction documents & details were created based on Wegmans design standards, materials & finishes. Partnership with Pike Construction in a Design + Build relationship, allowed for a more affordable & accelerated construction process. Adjacency to the Wegmans grocery store encourages “one stop shopping”, convenient for customers who enjoy the market type atmosphere & shopping standards associated with the Wegmans brand.
