New construction of a 40,000 sf pre-engineered metal building for Farmer Jon’s Popcorn corporate office & production facility. A custom entry features a double height lobby adjacent to offices, conference, locker room, and break room. The extensive production space for popping, coating, and packaging includes new, modern automated packaging equipment and specialized cooling & dehumidification controls for the popping process. Coordination with the Department of Health and Food Safety regulations was required.
