Redevelopment of an existing two story, steel frame, vacant and deteriorating parking garage in the heart of downtown Rochester. The structure was converted into a transitional housing apartment building, targeted for residents below the average income, looking for affordable housing. 30 of the 45 apartments are licensed treatment apartments for persons with mental illness and required support. The redesign of the building includes several private, interior courtyards, as well as community space, lounge areas, and a garden.
