Renovations to an existing Carriage House adjacent to the historic Woods Inn – an Adirondack style resort in Inlet, NY.  The new 4,000+sf Carriage House includes a wellness center and lounge, a ground floor handicapped-accessible suite, and four 2-story townhouse rental suites. Signature features of the existing structure were saved or rebuilt – such as the decorative X pattern railing, and gambrel style barn roof.
