New construction of a brewery for Three Heads Brewing, on a previously vacant corner lot in the NOTA (Neighborhood of the Arts) district. The facility allows 3HB to brew their own beer – in larger quantities, and more varieties – and increase sales efficiency for future growth. Utilizing the framework of a typical metal / industrial building – custom design elements employing brick, metal, wood paneling, and glazing – create a unique exterior, that reflects the distinctive characteristics of the brewery inside.
