Interior renovations, inside the Blossom Business Center, combined two distinct office suites into one, to provide 5,600sf of cohesive & modernized office space for a local tech company. A simplistic, stripped down color scheme uses red accents to highlight structural elements while showcasing VarData’s corporate color. Feasibility studies of numerous locations for the ideal combination of office space with adjacent warehouse were explored. Ongoing extensive budget coordination and construction administration kept the project on track for a successful completion.
