Adaptive reuse of a former empty warehouse into contemporary commercial office space for various tenants, including the offices of Pardi Partnership Architects. Original overhead monitors were reused to allow natural daylight into the core of each tenant space. Existing, tall ceilings & structure were left exposed, while new, energy efficient insulation and mechanical systems were installed for modern comforts.
